Larry’s career spans various leadership roles in prestigious healthcare organizations, where he has successfully implemented programs to boost nurse retention, streamline operations, and integrate cutting-edge technologies. Caitlyn Obrock is a dynamic healthcare professional with an unwavering passion for connecting with people and providing healthcare excellence. Combining both those passions has led her to be the driving force behind the development of the Clinical Recruitment Team at SSM Health, bringing a transformative shift in clinical recruitment practices. In her role as System Director-RN of Talent Acquisition, Caitlyn focuses on leading her team through recruiting nurses in the Acute RN market, spearheading an innovative new recruiting team that prioritizes instant hiring through innovative social media marketing and communication strategies. Her collaborative approach has not only resulted in attracting top talent but has also significantly enhanced the overall candidate experience. Simultaneously, she works on reducing onboarding times and developing talent pipelines, including Nurse Externs, Graduate Nurses, Procedural Techs, and International Nurses across the country.
She has more than 10 years of healthcare experience focusing on employee engagement, growth and development, performance improvement, improving workforce challenges, and overall quality improvement. Previously, she served as a Senior Nurse Influencer on the Clinical Recruitment Team. Caitlyn held bedside nursing experience in a variety of Critical Care specialties before her transition into Leadership. Ms. Obrock holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Goldfarb School of Nursing and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Webster University.
