ShiftMed Referral Bonus Program
Terms and Conditions
ShiftMed desires to establish an open referral program for any person to bring a healthcare professional (“Referred Candidates”) onto the ShiftMed Platform. People referring HCPs (“Referring Person”) are eligible to receive a bonus for referring qualified RNs to work RN shifts in any state in which ShiftMed is currently staffing healthcare facilities, or as otherwise permitted by ShiftMed.
Referring Person Eligibility Criteria
A Referring Person must meet the following criteria to be eligible to receive a bonus:
A resident of the United States; and
A valid mailing address;
A valid email address; and
A valid phone number.
Referred Candidate Eligibility Criteria
The referred candidate must meet the following criteria in order for the Referring Person to be eligible to receive a bonus under the program:
Referred Candidate must not be a current RN with ShiftMed;
If a Referred Candidate has already started onboarding or orientation at any facility through the Platform, Referred Candidate will be deemed to be ineligible;
Must have an active, unencumbered RN license;
Must complete one RN shift at a facility staffed by ShiftMed through the ShiftMed Platform;
Must complete the shift no later than July 31st, 2023; and
Must not be subject to any disciplinary action on behalf of ShiftMed or one of its client facilities.
Program Referral Bonus Offer
Referring Persons and Referred Candidates meeting the criteria for this program may be eligible to receive a bonus in the following amounts:
Both the Referring Person and the Referred Candidates will receive a bonus of $250, less any applicable taxes.
All referral offers will be communicated via the program’s website landing page: https://www.shiftmed.com/referral/details/
Referred candidates may be required to provide the following information when referring a candidate for the program:
Referring Person’s first and last name,
Referring Person’s email address,
Referring Persons’ phone number,
Candidate’s first and last name,
Candidate’s email address,
Candidate’s phone number, and
Candidate’s current license or certification.
The form information of the Referred Candidates will be securely stored on ShiftMed servers. The Referred Candidates may receive communications from ShiftMed’s marketing team, notifying the candidate of the referral. The Referred Candidates will be prompted via email to download the ShiftMed app, create an account, and begin the onboarding process. The Referred Candidates will also be notified of the designated locations to complete the required number of shifts. The Referred Candidates must complete these requirements no later than July 31st, 2023.
Termination of the Referral Program
ShiftMed reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Referral Program, or to withhold payment of the referral bonus for any reason.
ShiftMed also has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Referral Program, to void or cancel a Referring HCP employee’s participation in the program and eligibility for a Bonus for any reason, including, but not limited to: fraud, violation of these Terms, or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means to conduct Referral Activities.
ShiftMed may terminate the program at any time, effective immediately, in the event of an actual or proposed change in any applicable law would render this program commercially unreasonable in ShiftMed’s judgment.
