Authorized Representative Instructions

We reference an authorized representative in the above instructions. But who is this person? This person is anyone over 18 (e.g., friend, relative, neighbor, acquaintance) who can meet with you in person and review your List A or List B and C documentation. You cannot be your own authorized representative.
